The bright light at seconds 18 through 27 secs is the big question. We know the date, time and compass heading of the shot. We checked with the experts. That ball of light isn’t the moon or any other celestial body. Remember that the camera lens is wide open in the middle of a field in the outback of the outback of Virginia. Look how much it lights up the night sky. The object is amazingly bright and rises slowly over several minutes before the battery dies. The weird part is where it rises from, which is in a valley below the horizon. This isn’t the only sighting of strange lights in the late night sky. Who knows. Fun though, right?
